From the generous selection of amuses-bouche to the beautifully prepared mains (last night’s focus on seafood was a particular highlight), right through to the delicately fragrant desserts, each dish showcases the best of local ingredients. Corentin has a true gift for turning fine products into something soulful on the plate.
